Animal Crossing is love, Animal Crossing is life

My copy of Animal Crossing New Horizons is finally here.
Seems like ages, I don't know, time is hard to tell now.
I don't really remember when I pre-ordered this but its fine now.
And while everyone is basically a month ahead of me
I'm here trying to find out where do I begin?
I mean, the way its being shown from online, people are all over the place.
Some are doing it at a natural place, others are acting like they control everything
(I mean, we basically are at this point) and terraforming the island their own
And some are "Doctor-Who"ing it up here. My opinion on... well everything
is that I have no opinion. I don't have time for opinions on stuff like that.
I only have time to play Animal Crossing New Horizons now.

So as a sick April Fools joke, I was gifted a crochet book to learn.
For those who don't know, I've always had a interest in learning how to crochet for a while now.
Since now that we have alot more time on our hands, I guess this is a good way to learn a new skill.
But why one on Hello Kitty? Like, was there no other one to get? lol

First time trying to make Huevos Rancheros

Decided to try a new recipe from Binging with Babish.
Seems to be really easy dish to make, and my pantry has this stuff for me so lucky me.
First was making a salsa from scratch, which was really leftover salsa from Taco Tuesday
It was just a blend of tomatoes,red onions, and pepper
Then was simply cooking some eggs sunny side up with some salt and pepper.
While all of this is happening, you can lighty toast or bake a tortilla shell
Cook some black beans with some lemon zest and juice for about 5 minutes
Simply after that plate it up. Tortilla, beans, egg, and a spoonful or two of salsa draped over top of each.
Overall, it was really good. Maybe a bit salty from the amount of salt I put on
But overall, it was really filling and left full for most of the day. ^^
